{"id":96,"date":"2018-01-24T16:14:50","date_gmt":"2018-01-24T15:14:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/smis.edu.mz\/beira\/?page_id=96"},"modified":"2021-06-28T11:27:01","modified_gmt":"2021-06-28T10:27:01","slug":"faculty-staff","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/smis.edu.mz\/beira\/faculty-staff\/","title":{"rendered":"Admissions"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1><strong>REQUIREMENTS FOR ENTRY<\/strong><\/h1>\n<h3><strong>General Pre-requisites<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Application forms with two I.D. pictures recently<\/li>\n<li>Any photocopied document of the child (Birth certificate\/cedula, B.I., D.I.R.E or Passport)<\/li>\n<li>Certification and \/ or Progress Report from the school last attended (for transferees)<\/li>\n<li>Written and oral evaluation for proper placement (for transferees).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>A.PLAYGROUP<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The Child must be 2-3 years of age.<\/li>\n<li>He\/ She must be willing to learn the English language.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<h3><strong> PREPARATORY<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>The Child must be 4Years of age.<\/li>\n<li>He\/ She must be toilet \u2013trained.<\/li>\n<li>He\/ She must be willing to learn the English language.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<h3><strong> KINDERGARTEN 1<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>The child must be 5 years of age.<\/li>\n<li>Certification and \/or Progress Report from the school last attended<\/li>\n<li>Evaluation for Proper Placement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<h3><strong> KINDERGARTEN 2<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>The child must be 6 years of age.<\/li>\n<li>Certification and\/ or Progress Report from the school last attended<\/li>\n<li>Evaluation for proper placement<\/li>\n<li>He\/ She must be speaking the English Language<\/li>\n<li>He\/ She must be reading the English Language<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>E.APPLICANTS FOR GRADES(1) ONE TO(11) ELEVEN<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Certification and \/or Progress Report from the school last attended should be submitted to the office.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluation of the child is necessary.
